Hi Friends, Kya apko pta hai apke chote se Memory Card me itna jayada Data kaise Store ho jata hai?. Is Post me mai apko batanga ki kaise bataunga ki kaise SD Card, Pendrive ya Flash Memory me Data Store hota hai aur ye kam kaise karte hai.
1’st Generation Ke Computer me Data Storage:
Dosto aaj se bahut pahle Computer ki halat ekdam Gajani ke Aamir Khan ki tarah thi, Jaise hi aap Computer ko OFF karte usme ka sara Data Delete ho jata tha Kyoki pahle Storage nam ki koi cheez nahi thi. Bus Computer ke sath ek RAM laga rahta tah jo sayad 100KB ya 512KB ka hota tha. Computer ke liye ye bahut badi problem thi ki Data ko kaise store kare aur use lambe samay tak use kar paye.
Laptop Me Data kaise Store Hota Hai:
Aaj ke Date me Computer aur Laptop me Data Storage ke liye Magnetic Disk lage hote hai. Jisme magnetic charge ke through data ko store karte hai. But Magnetic Disk to fixed data storage hai agar hum baat kare Portable Data Storage ki, example ke taur par apke Smartphone to Magnetic Disk to lag nahi sakta.
SD Card , Pendrive Me Data kaise Store Hota Hai:
Portable Deivce aur Mobile me Data Storage ke liye hame kuch aisa chahiye tha jisme ek chote se device ya Computer Chips me Large amount of Data store ho jaye wo bhi lambe samay tak.
Data ko store karne ke liye hame kuch Charge (Power) ki jarurat hoti warna Data Loss hone lagata hai. But agar hum Portable Storage ki baat kare to, usme na to Koi Battery lagi hoti hai aur na hi koi Cell lga hota hai to Pendrive ya SD Card me data salon tak kaise save rahta hai.
Read:
Basically Computer Data ko Binary (01) Form me Store aur Process karta hai. Binary language me keval 2 stage hota hai “ON” ya “OFF” ya kah le “0” ya “1”. Example ke taur par agar man lijiye mujhe 5 ko Binary me likhna hai to mai likhunga “1010” ye Code ASCII se banaya jata hai.
Jiasa ki mai apko pahle bhi bta chuka hi “1” ka matlab “ON” hota hai aur “0” ka matlab “OFF” hota hai, ab hame ek device chahiye jo 1010 code ko store kar sake. And jab bhi aap is device ko kisi computer me lagaye to wo samjh jaye 1010 ka matlab 5 hai.
Binary Number ko Store karne ke liye hum Transistor ka use karte hai, SD Card me Advance Trasistor ka use kiya jata hai aur sath me 2 Gate lage hote hai.
- Control Gate:
- Floating Gate:
Eample ke tuar par hum baat kare ke Normal n-p-n Transistor ki, isme n ka matlab yha par bahut se Electron hai aur p ka matlab yha Electron kam hai aur last wale n ka matlab yha bahut jayada electron hai.
n-p-m Transister Used For Data Storage in Memory Card or Pendrive:
n-p-n Transistor me n wala Reagion Source ki tarah kam karta hai aur agar is gate par +Ve Voltage lagaya to n par jo Electron hai wo forword move hona start kar denge. Kyoki Control Gate ke upper bhi ek +ve Voltage lga hota hai isliye, kuch Electron aise bhi honge jo main raste se bhatk kar Floating Gate ke upper jha Silicon Oxide lagi hai wha jaker Store ho jayenge.
Jab hum Pendrive ya SD Card me Data ka Transfer karte hai ya PD aur SD Card se Data ka Transfer karte hai to Laptop ya Computer se Unhe +Ve Charge milta hai.
Agar aise me apne Power OFF bhi kar diya to jo Main Electron hai wo Move karna band kar denge but jo Electron Floating gate ke upper Silicon Oxide me store hote hai. yahi Electron SD Card aur Pendrive me chaging ka kam karta hai.
Agar apko SD Card ya Pendrive se data delete akrna hota hai to aap +ve charge ki jagah -Ve charge ak use akrte hai jise Flashing kahet hai.
Actully me memory aise ho data ko Store karta hai. Memory Card ya Pendrive me lakhon chote-chote Transister lage hote hai. jo data ko 0 aur 1 form me store karte hai.
